2. The directory service
Oxford Directory is a local business directory that allows businesses to list their services and contact details. We offer free basic listings and paid featured listing tiers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Listing submissions
When you submit a business listing, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to list the business and the information provided is accurate and up to date.
- The listing relates to a legitimate business operating lawfully in the United Kingdom.
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- The listing does not contain misleading, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
We reserve the right to edit, reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion, without notice or refund.
4. Paid listings and payment
Featured listing tiers (Standard and Top Pick) are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. By purchasing a paid listing, you agree to the following:
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
- All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the applicable UK rate will be added at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using the management link sent to your email address.
5. Refunds and cancellation
As our services are provided digitally and activated immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for completed subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not be automatically renewed.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us promptly via our contact page.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to JRT Innovations Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the listing content on this website and in related marketing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide the directory on an "as is" basis and make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the content.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any listing.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your listing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use this website to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent listings.
